SAINT MINAS

This historic and central church is built in the central square of the Municipality of Geri. The need for its erection arose at the beginning of the 20th century owing to the rapid increase of the population of the area, which was no longer accommodated by the older church of the Virgin Mary. The church is dedicated to the Holy Great Martyr Minas the Egyptian and is a spiritual point of reference for the community. Today it operates normally, hosting all the official religious services, as well as joyful social sacraments
