SAINT STEPHEN

This magnificent church is located in the seaside community of Lemba in Paphos and is dedicated to the Protomartyr Saint Stephen. The modern building was founded and erected upon the remains of an earlier, far smaller church of 1987, so as to serve the increased worship needs of the local residents and the refugees. Its official inauguration was celebrated in the autumn of 2012, now constituting the central spiritual ornament and religious landmark of the entire area.
