SAINT PHOTIOS (RUINS)

This small chapel is built in the verdant district of Miliou, surrounded by dense wild vegetation and orange groves. Its construction is based on the traditional local stone and it bears a simple, single-chamber architectural style that harmonises fully with the rural landscape of Paphos. Its interior space is distinguished for its plain and intensely devotional atmosphere, being a serene refuge of prayer. Owing to the idyllic natural environment and its seclusion, it is regularly chosen by families for the celebration of small sacraments.
