SAINT CHARALAMPOS

This church is dedicated to Saint Charalampos and is located in the abandoned Turkish Cypriot village of Kios (also known as Istintzio) in the Paphos district. It is a small, traditional shrine constructed with local stone, which survived the desertion of the settlement. The site bears the marks of time and abandonment, but continues to be a point of reference for the faithful, who gather to hold a service there on the day of the Saint's feast on 10 February.
