CHAPEL OF APOSTLE ANDREW

This small and plain chapel is located in the rural area of the community of Frenaros and is dedicated to the First-Called Apostle Andrew. The building follows a simple, single-chamber structure with external facing of local traditional stone and a characteristic small dome that harmonises with the quiet natural environment. It is a spiritual refuge for the farmers and passers-by of the area, who stop to light a candle and to pray. The church opens its gates and gathers the faithful of the community during the annual feast of the Saint at the end of November.
