CHURCH OF SAINT NICHOLAS

This small medieval chapel is built to the north of the settlement and functions as the church of the local cemetery. Its structure is entirely stone-built, while in its interior only a few traces and outlines of its original Byzantine iconographic decoration survive. The building suffered extensive damage and was set on fire during the period of Ottoman rule, with its roof later being covered with traditional tiles.
