CHURCH OF SAINT NICHOLAS

This holy church is dedicated to the protector of seafarers and is the only church located within the residential fabric of the community. Its construction began in the spring of 1908 and was completed during the first half of 1912, replacing an earlier building. It is founded upon an extremely hard hewn rock at the south-eastern edge of the village, offering an excellent view towards the surrounding mountainous areas.
