CHAPEL OF SAINT CATHERINE

The picturesque chapel of Saint Catherine is hidden in a verdant forest area near the dam and the river of Pomos in the Paphos district. It is a simple, tile-roofed building with plain interior decoration that includes a wooden iconostasis and a few icons. Its isolated location offers complete tranquillity to visitors, while the memory of the Saint is honoured every year on 25 November.
