HOLY CHURCH OF SAINT MARINA

At the most central point of the community of Dora the main church of the village rises, which is dedicated to the patroness Saint Marina. The present masonry structure was erected at the end of the 1960s upon the ruins of a much older historic church that had been destroyed by the great earthquake of 1953. The interior of the church is characterised by a distinctive and peculiar decoration, while it houses precious religious icons that were saved from the original building
