HOLY CHURCH OF SAINT DEMETRIANOS

This particular historic church is located to the north-west of the community of Idalion in the Nicosia district, on the road that leads towards Potamia. It is a very beautiful, single-aisled church with a dome, which is carefully constructed of hewn limestone blocks. Owing to its limited dimensions and its archaeological character, the church functions mainly as a protected historical monument and is not suitable for the celebration of sacraments.
