HOLY CHURCH OF SAINT MAMAS
This church is the main church of the occupied village of Gaidouras in the plain of Mesaoria and is dedicated to Saint Mamas. The building bears the typical characteristics of the stone churches of the area, having served for decades the spiritual needs of the community. After the Turkish invasion of 1974 and the displacement of the residents, the church was looted, is deprived of its icons and its relics and remains inaccessible for the celebration of sacraments.
