HOLY CHAPEL OF SAINT MARIOU

This particular Chapel is built at the site of Kouloupasiis and is one of the very few places of worship on the island that are dedicated to this particular Saint. Its erection was completed thanks to a private donation of a family in memory of their prematurely lost son. The official inauguration of the church was performed in the summer of 2017 by the local Metropolitan of Tamassos, while its religious festival takes place every year on the Saturday of Bright Week.
