CHAPEL OF SAINTS ALL (PANAGIA ELEOUSA)

The stone-built Chapel of Panagia Eleousa is located outside the Community in a verdant place; behind it is the Chapel of Saint Paisios, and to the north of it you can visit the chapel of Saint John the Forerunner, and beside that is the Chapel of Saint Porphyrios of Kafsokalyvia. Also, to the south and on the opposite bank of the river there is the chapel of the Transfiguration of the Saviour. It is a wonderful place for an outing with your children, since there is a small zoo as well as games with benches and a football pitch. It is worth noting that these little churches were built by Mr Iraklis (father of Father Nikolaos, priest at the Holy Church of the Three Hierarchs in Livadia).
