PANAGIA ELEOUSA

This beautiful, restored chapel is known to the locals as Kyra Eleousa and is built on the western bank of the Xeros river, near the community of Nata in Paphos. The old medieval structure underwent comprehensive conservation and repair in 2011, restoring its functionality for the celebration of holy services and sacraments. The church comes administratively under the central church of Saint Nicholas and celebrates with magnificence at the Nativity of the Theotokos on the eighth of September.
