PANAGIA CHRYSOGALAKTOUSA

This church is built in the heart of the old residential core of the community, surrounded by houses of vernacular architecture. It is a single-aisled basilica constructed of calcareous limestone. Its architectural style combines elements of the Byzantine tradition with strong Gothic influences, which become evident in the window openings and at the entrances.
