CHAPEL OF SAINT JAMES OF ADERFOTHEOU (TRIKOMOU)

This is a refugee Chapel located in the Kokkines housing estate in Larnaca and is inextricably connected with the displaced residents of occupied Trikomo. The church is a faithful architectural copy of the historic church of Saint James of the 14th century that is located in Trikomo, keeping alive the historical memory and the religious roots of the community. The site functions as a spiritual refuge, while every year it is the focal point of religious events and memorial services for the fallen of the occupied small town
