CHAPEL OF SAINT GEORGE

This restored chapel is found a short distance outside the community, situated on the banks of the Pedieos river. For many years it remained ruined and buried beneath the soil, without written testimonies of its past, until the locals radically rebuilt it. Today it is a true ornament for the area, connected with a custom whereby parents brought their babies to take their first steps. [1]
