CHAPEL OF SAINT JOHN OF FORERUNNER & SAINT JOHN OF ROSOU

This distinctive and modern private chapel is built in the countryside of the community of Frenaros, surrounded by a quiet rural environment. The church bears a particular and rare double dedication, as it is dedicated simultaneously to Saint John the Forerunner and to Saint John the Russian, allowing the faithful to honour the memory of both of these most important Saints in the same space. Architecturally it follows a simple single-chamber structure with an elegant external facing of local traditional stone and a small dome that blends harmoniously with the area.
