Chapel of Apostle Andrew (Ais ntrikas)

This very small and plain chapel is dedicated to the Apostle Andrew, bearing the local dialect name "Ais Ntrikas." It is located in the rural countryside of the free community of Avgorou and is a classical example of the simple popular architecture of Kokkinochoria with a low height and whitewashed masonry. The church serves mainly the individual worship needs of the farmers of the surrounding area and opens for the public during its annual religious feast on the 30th of November.
