Chapel of Holy Cross

The medieval country chapel of the Honourable Cross is built at the top of a characteristic gypsum hill in the district of the community of Choulou in the Paphos district. It is a small and plain religious edifice of Byzantine style, which offers a panoramic view towards the wider rural area of the village. The church falls ecclesiastically under the Holy Metropolis of Paphos and functions with contemplation during the annual feasts that are dedicated to the Honourable Cross.
