Chapel of Saint George (Ruins)

This ruined chapel is located in the community of Armou in Paphos and is a protected ancient monument of the area. Despite the extensive destruction that the structure has suffered, the space presents particular historical interest as in the interior of the remaining walls a few traces of old, authentic wall paintings still survive. Owing to its condition, the carrying out of religious ceremonies is not possible, with the location functioning exclusively as a historic testimony of the long ecclesiastical heritage of the village.
