Chapel of Saint Mamas (Ruins)

In the rural area of Neo Chorio in Paphos, near the boundaries of Akamas, are found the ruined remains of an old chapel dedicated to Saint Mamas. The structure has suffered total collapse over the passage of the centuries, so that only scattered rubble and stones of the original structure survive within nature. The site is not functional for the celebration of ecclesiastical services, being a silent historic testimony of the medieval religious heritage of the area.
