Church of Saint George Trozenas

In the uninhabited and almost completely destroyed village of Trozena, the only structure that remains intact within the ruins is the church of Saint George. This stone-built church belongs ecclesiastically to the Holy Metropolis of Paphos and continues to operate normally thanks to the care of the residents of the surrounding area. The faithful gather there during the annual festal religious feasts, keeping alive the tradition of the ruined settlement.
