Church of Saint George

This historic church is located in the center of the old, abandoned settlement of Mathikoloni in the Limassol district. It is a stone-built structure of traditional style, which was fully restored in order to save the religious heritage of the area. The church functions as a point of reference for the residents who relocated to the new settlement, who return there to honor the memory of the Saint and to hold religious services.
