Church of Saint Mamas (Palaia)

This historic church is the old church of the community and is dedicated to the protector of animals, Saint Mamas. The structure is single-space and stone-built, preserving the authentic architectural line of the medieval period of Cyprus. Its interior space exudes devotion and tranquility, hosting old icons of great historical and religious value. Today it functions mainly during the annual feast of the Saint, being a precious monument of the local heritage.
