Church of Saint Spyridon

This particular parish church is located in the Strovolos II Settlement in Nicosia and was originally created to cover the religious needs of the displaced refugees after 1974. The first makeshift structure was replaced with the present modern church, which was completed with the contribution of the faithful at the turn of the century. It is an active spiritual center with rich philanthropic and catechetical work for the wider area.
