Church of Saint Zonis - Apesia

In the center of the community of Apesia rises the modern central church that is dedicated to the Holy Belt (Agia Zoni). Its erection was completed at the end of the twentieth century, while the official inauguration ceremonies took place a few years later, in 2001. The interior of the church stands out as it is fully decorated with elaborate and modern wall paintings that cover the walls.
