Church of Saints Raphael, Nicholas, Irene and Basil

As one enters Kalo Chorio Larnaca, the first religious monument that one beholds is the magnificent church of Saints Raphael, Nicholas, Irene, and Basil. The works for its building began in 1990 and were completed within two years, allowing the faithful to attend church there from 1992. The church follows the traditional architectural style of the uncovered basilica (without a dome). The community honors the memory of the protector Saints of the church with great festivals twice a year: on the first day of the year (1st of January) and on the Tuesday of Renewal Week (Tuesday of Easter).
