Holy Chapel of Panagia Pantanassas

This modern church is an important spiritual ornament for the community and is located incorporated in a wider, well-kept precinct. The structure follows the architectural type of the three-aisled basilica with a dome, while internally it is adorned with an impressive iconostasis and modern wall paintings. Owing to the large forecourt and the easy access, it is often preferred by the residents for the celebration of holy sacraments. The festival of the church takes place every year at the end of September with a large attendance of the faithful.
