Holy Chapel of Saint Barbara

This stone-built chapel is considered the most ancient chapel of the community and is located to the southwest of the central church of Saints Barnabas and Hilarion. It is a plain, single-space and vaulted structure, which lacks a bell tower and has only a traditional semantron. In its interior it preserves precious samples of icon-painting art, while its precinct has been appropriately conserved with the contribution of the Department of Antiquities.
