Holy Chapel of Saint Marina Lofou

This modern chapel is located in a quiet rural location about four kilometers south of the traditional core of Lofou. It is a single-aisled basilica without a dome, whose skeleton is constructed of reinforced concrete and its gabled roof bears French-type tiles. The church has a semicircular sanctuary conch and a small bell tower at its southeastern corner, while it functions as a space of devotion during the annual festival of the Saint.
