Holy Church of Apostle Barnabas

The church was founded after the Turkish invasion of 1974 to serve the inhabitants of the refugee settlements of the area. The main donor of the project was Charalambos Varnavas Tochnitis, in whose memory the church was dedicated, while the remaining cost was covered by contributions and collections of the faithful.
