Holy Church of Archangel Michael

This church is the central parish church of the community and is built in a conspicuous position near the centre of the village. The structure replaced an older, smaller church in order to serve the needs of the growing population of the area's miners. Inside it, the large wooden iconostasis with the modern hagiographies stands out, as well as the comfortable women's gallery. The church celebrates with every formality in early November, being the focal point of the inhabitants' religious events.
