Holy Church of Panagia Chrysosotiras

The Holy Church of Panagia Chrysosoteira is the central parish church of the community of Treis Elies in the mountainous Limassol district. This stone edifice, which is built in the basilica style, underwent radical renovation and repairs in the late 18th century with the contribution of the then Archbishop of Cyprus Chrysanthos. Inside the church, valuable relics and historic icons of great religious value are kept, while the site is the main point of worship and gathering of the few permanent residents and expatriates of the village.
