Holy Church of Panagia Eleousas

The Holy Church of Panagia Eleousa is the old central church of the community of Trimiklini in the Limassol district. It is a stone-built edifice in the single-aisled basilica style, which stands out for its characteristic vaulted roof and the careful details in the placement of the local stone. Inside the church, a wood-carved iconostasis of exceptional artistry stands out, as well as a rare historic icon of the Virgin Mary dating from the 18th century.
