Holy Church of Panagia Skouriotissas

This small timber-roofed little church is the only structure that survived from an old monastery of the same name. It is located in the area of the mine and today is set within the boundaries of a camp of the UN peacekeeping forces. Its name is historically connected with the slag left by the ancient copper-processing works in the wider area.
