Holy Church of Saint Andronikos and Athanasia

This is the historic old parish church of Xylotymbou, which is located in the center of the community and is an excellent example of the local architectural heritage of the 19th century. The stone structure stands out for its relief details and its imposing bell tower, while in its interior is hosted a wood-carved iconostasis of excellent craftsmanship. Despite the erection of the new large church of the village, this church preserves a unique devout atmosphere and remains active in the spiritual life of the residents.
