Holy Church of Saint Anna

This historic and devout church is located in the center of Paralimni and is the oldest surviving religious monument of the area. It is a structure of Byzantine tradition that received later Gothic influences, while in its interior stands out a wood-carved iconostasis of excellent craftsmanship of the 17th century. Owing to its priceless historical value, the space today also functions as a religious museum, hosting a rare collection of ecclesiastical relics, old books, and icons.
