Holy Church of Saint Anthony

The modern central church of the community was erected during the second half of the twentieth century in order to serve the expanded worship needs of the residents. It is built on a prominent height of the village, right next to the eponymous older stone-built church of the nineteenth century. The church is the religious core of the mountainous area, hosting today the historic icons and the precious relics that were transferred from the adjacent original structure.
