Holy Church of Saint Barbara

This historic church is the central parish church of the community and is dedicated to the protector of the village, Saint Barbara. It is a stone structure in the style of a single-aisled basilica, which is distinguished by its traditional masonry and its elegant, tall bell tower. Its interior is particularly devout, hosting an old wood-carved iconostasis and precious icons that date from the period of Ottoman rule.
