Holy Church of Saint Evgenias

This small holy chapel is built within the cemetery of the community of Kinousa in the Paphos district, at a short distance from the central church. Its erection was completed recently, while its official inauguration was celebrated by the local Metropolis in the autumn of 2023. The structure follows the simple single-space type of the stone-built basilica, being the only religious monument in the entire island that is dedicated to this particular Saint. Its privileged position on the slope offers the pilgrims an impressive and unobstructed panoramic view toward the bay of Poli Chrysochous and the Akamas peninsula.
