Holy Church of Saint George

This church is the central church of the community of Drinia in the Paphos district and is dedicated to Saint George. It is a stone-built structure of rough stone, which underwent extensive repair works during the middle of the 19th century. In the interior of the church stands out the elaborate wood-carved iconostasis and precious religious icons, with the community celebrating festively the memory of the Saint on the 23rd of April.
