Holy Church of Saint Marina

This is the historic and imposing main church of Achna, which was completed in the early 20th century. After the events of 1974, the church is located within the occupied zone and remains inaccessible for the carrying out of sacraments, having suffered desecration and been converted into a military observation post. It is the top symbol of religious memory and nostalgia for the displaced residents of the area, who built their new church in Dasaki in remembrance of it.
