Holy Church of Saints Apostles Peter and Paul

This majestic church dominates the heart of Asgata. Its construction lasted eleven years (1865-1876) and was carried out with the contribution of prominent trustees of the era, as well as with the generous donation of the land by a fellow villager. It follows the typical architectural style of Cypriot church building of the late 19th century.
