Old Church of Saint Mavris (Ruins)

This location includes the remaining archaeological remnants and rubble of an old church in the rural area of Acheleia. Owing to the total destruction of the structure, the site is not functional and does not permit the celebration of religious sacraments or services. These ruins survive as a historic testimony of the long ecclesiastical heritage of the area, recalling the religious activity of past centuries.
