Panagia Akonopetra

This is a beautiful chapel dedicated to the Presentation of the Theotokos (Eisodia), which is built upon the rise of the same name, west of the community amphitheatre. Its construction was completed in the mid-nineties thanks to the financial contributions of the inhabitants and the voluntary supervision of a private individual. The church belongs to the central parish of the village and celebrates festively every year on 21 November, offering a wonderful view over the wider area.
