Panagia Odigitria

This majestic church is the central church of the community and was built with the collective effort of the inhabitants on the site of an older church that was demolished. Architecturally it follows the cross-in-square style with a dome and has two impressive bell towers at its corners. Inside it dominates an elaborate iconostasis, which was crafted from walnut wood thanks to the economic prosperity that the village experienced at that time.
