Saint Anthony

This historic church is built near the old harbor of Limassol, in an area that connects the traditional architecture of the city with the sea. It is a single-aisled basilica with groin vaults, which was erected at the end of the nineteenth century upon the foundations of an older church. Its interior is distinguished by its elaborate wood-carved iconostasis and its unique acoustics, while the exterior precinct is a point of reference for the local parish.
