Saint Fanourios

The small, white chapel of Saint Fanourios was erected in 2010 in the rapidly developing area of the New GSP. The creation of the church is inextricably connected with the displaced refugees of Agios Georgios Kyrenia, who at their own expense and with contributions built this religious refuge. Its elegant architectural structure now offers a permanent point of worship and spiritual consolation for the refugee community, as well as for the residents of the surrounding urban area.
