Saint George

This is the parish church of the village, which is built upon the hill Trevlakas. On the site of the present church, a small monastery formerly operated, which however was completely destroyed during the period of Ottoman rule. In the interior of the church is kept a precious miraculous icon of the Great Martyr, whom the residents honor deeply as he is considered the protector who saved the community from a deadly epidemic.
